First of all, a big THANK YOU to all the owner and renters for getting everything removed from the marina by the October 12th deadline!  As of this morning everything has been removed from the docks and all the boats have departed for the season.  We are ready to start the marina rebuild!

We will be updating the website throughout the build process, so please check in for the latest information.  I intend to post photos of the latest work as well as post any important information that needs to be distributed to the owners and renters.  We anticipate that the brand new marina will be ready to use on May 1, 2016!

We have been very busy finalizing details with the Radtke Construction, the bank, and the surveyor.  The survey team has already been there and given us the preliminary layout.   We are working to make sure that all the details of the final plan are to our liking.

Radtke Construction will begin the rebuild work beginning tomorrow, October 12th.  Please remember that access to the marina will be limited during the construction period, as there will heavy equipment moving around and building supplies stored throughout the marina.

We are still working with Radtke to develop plans for boarding steps, and will distribute that data to owners when it is ready.  Owners will be able to contract Radtke to install the steps, or will have the option of building new steps themselves as long as Radtke’s plans are followed and the proper materials are used.  Again, more details will be sent out when they are available.

Due to the anticipated quantity of information we need to discuss regarding the rebuild, we will be starting the marina meeting at 9:00 am instead of the previously posted 9:30.  Please spread the word!

9:00 am September 12th at the Oshkosh Convention Center!

The Lakeside Harbour Dockominum Association annual meeting will be held Saturday, September 12th at the Oshkosh Convention Center (we are NOT at the Senior Center this year like we typically are, we are at the Convention Center, which is on the river next to the Leach Amphitheater), beginning at 9:00 am.  We will be discussing the marina rebuild and it is imperative that we have as many owners in attendance as possible.  Please spread the word!
